All packages come with rice, beans, chips, salsa, plates, napkins, forks, and serving utensils

Buffets are set up “Build-your-own” style where everything comes in separate trays so you can make your own perfect creations!
We come and set everything up for you including racks, sternos, toppings, and everything else you'll need. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLES. Everything is disposable except the wire racks and the water pans which someone will come and pick up within the next few days after the party.

Includes: tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and Mezoco bowls as well as rice, beans, chips, and salsa
Guests can order whatever they like and come back for seconds (or possibly thirds). This isn’t an “All-you-can-eat” option, but it does allow for more food and flexibility in ordering.
Suggested events: Birthdays, graduations, family gatherings, weddings, bar or bat mitzvah, etc.

Choice of meal: 3 tacos, 2 quesadillas, 1 burrito, or 1 Mezoco Bowl
Choice of side: Rice and Beans, Chips and Salsa, OR blackened veggies
(limit one order per person)
Suggested events: Employee, staff, faculty, or customer appreciation days

Suggested events: Campus events for students, events with other food offered

Just tacos. No modifications except for allergies
Suggested events: any large volume event that you need served fast
