All bars include chafing stands, disposable chafing dishes, sternos, serving utensils, plates, forks, and napkins
Quantity and cost will depend on the size of the party and how many trays are ordered
Buffets are set up “Build-your-own” style where everything comes in separate trays so you can make your own perfect creations!
We come and set everything up for you including racks, sternos, toppings, and everything else you'll need. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLES. Everything is disposable except the wire racks and the water pans which someone will come and pick up within the next few days after the party.

Each guest receives:
Choice of meal: 3 tacos, 2 quesadillas, 1 burrito, or 1 Mezoco Bowl
Choice of side: Rice and Beans, Chips and Salsa, or blackened veggies
Add guacamole, pico, or whatever else you’d like to customize the menu
Suggested events: Birthdays, graduations, family gatherings, weddings, bar or bat mitzvah, employee, staff, faculty, or customer appreciation days

Each guest receives two tacos or one fun size Mezoco Bowl.
Suggested events: Campus events for students, events with other food offered
